Connect your Gmail and Jamie helps you stay on top of customer emails. With your permission, Jamie reads each incoming customer email, writes a reply that sounds like you, and — when it's sure it has the right answer — sends the reply for you. If Jamie isn't sure, it won't send: it holds the reply in the Jamie app and asks you to review, edit, and send it.
You're in control of how much Jamie sends: set Jamie's confidence level so it sends the easy ones and checks with you on anything it's unsure about. And Jamie learns from your corrections, getting a little better every day. Every reply Jamie sends clearly lets your customer know it's from your business's AI assistant.
